    Things to note | While the scheduling & auditing of cleans is included in the management fee, the cost of cleaning, linen, and towels is charged directly to the guests. Ordering and restocking consumables, and scheduling & auditing maintenance jobs will be performed as part of the management fee, while the cost of the consumables and the maintenance jobs is at the owners expense.

    No markup or kickback is received by Slow Monday for cleaning, maintenance jobs or restocking.
